All new clients are asked to book a complimentary 15-minute video/phone consultation first. This is an opportunity to ensure we are a good fit by chatting about your goals, hopes for therapy, and clarify any questions you may have prior to working together!

๐Ÿ“… Returning Clients:

If you are an existing client, please select ** Existing Clients ** options to book full sessions. Once you have an account, you can access booking history, prebook appointments, and access previous session receipts.

๐Ÿ“‹ Cancellations & Waitlist:

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance or a fee may apply.

You can also add yourself to the cancellation/waitlist to be notified if an earlier appointment becomes available!

๐Ÿ’ณ Payment:

Payment can be made via e-transfer prior to your session, sent to hello@kellyschaustherapy.ca. If you would prefer to have your credit card charged on file after your session, please add it to your Jane account and let your clinician know this is your preferred payment method.

I see therapy as a space to pause, be truly heard, and begin to make sense of the experiences that have shaped who you are. Whether youโ€™re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure about your next steps, my goal is to help you reconnect with yourself and with what feels most meaningful in your life. โ€‹

I am a Registered Psychotherapist and hold a Master of Arts degree in Spiritual Care and Psychotherapy from Wilfrid Laurier University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Wilfrid Laurier University. Since 2022, Iโ€™ve primarily worked with young adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, identity exploration, and the lasting effects of trauma. Iโ€™m especially interested in how our emotions live in the body, and how tuning into those experiences can foster healing, regulation, and deeper self-understanding.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that you are the expert on your own life. I strive to create a space that feels safe, nonjudgmental, and responsive to your needs, somewhere you can explore at your own pace and in your own way.

I take an integrative, trauma-informed, and holistic approach, drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), compassion-focused, solution focused, and mindfulness-based practices.

Outside of the therapy space, you can find me on a walk with my french bulldogs, trying out a new recipe in the kitchen, spending time with friends, or doing yoga!
